TYPES OF DRESS  Shift Dress The shift dress was a massive trend in the early  1960s  and has a simple, boxy shape. It is a short and typically sleeveless dress that hangs from the shoulders. It’s ideal for those who have a lean, column-esque body shape, as they appear straight. You can style this dress with a mid-length duster jacket and a pair of slingback heels or even knee-high boots, to give it that real ’60s flair! This shape is the ideal blank canvas for colour blocking or print detail. A-Line Dress An A-line dress fits at the hips and gradually flares out towards the hem, which makes the dress look like an “A” shape. It is perfect for a casual setting, and you can dress it up or down with ease. This style is best suited for pear-shaped bodies, as it shows off your lovely shoulders and adds a feminine touch to your lower half.  Wrap Dress The wrap dress features a front closure by wrapping one side of the dress across the other...

The History of Raja Ampat The Origins of Raja Ampat Once upon a time, a husband and wife living in Teluk Kabui Kampung Wawiyai Kabui were going into the forest to look for food. They were forest encroachers. When they got to the bank of the River Waikeo, they saw 6 dragon eggs. They were hidden in a bag from which the man and woman retrieved them and took them home putting them away in storage. During the night, they heard whispers and after investigating where the whispers were coming from they were surprised to find that the eggs had hatched and brought forth 4 boys and a girl. One egg did not hatch. The clothes they wore indicated that they were descended from royalty. The children were named as follows: The King of Waigeo was War The King of Salawati was Betani The King of Lilinta (Misool) was Dohar The King of Waigama (Batanta) was Mohamad The girl was named Pintolee and when she was found to be pregnant, her brothers placed her in a shell and sent her floating to ...

GUIDE TO TAIPEI NIGHT MARKET! what to eat? AH ZHONG MEE SUA 阿宗麵線 Not exactly street food since it's a proper shop in itself (except that you have to stand around to eat), the mee sua here is practically the only reason why I often visit Taiwan. Though they now have a few branches, maybe it's placebo but I find the flagship stall at  Ximending  to be the best. Be sure to have it with lots of vinegar, garlic and chilli! Address: 臺灣臺北市萬華區峨眉街8-1號 / No. 8-1, Éméi St, Wanhua District, Taipei City, Taiwan FLAME-GRILLED BEEF STEAK This franchise is available at almost every night market and  we had it every day, sometimes several times a day.  Cooked upon order using a large blowtorch, each piece is perfectly charred yet tender and juicy all at the same time. (I found  this video on YouTube  teehee). There're a few seasonings available and my favourites are Xinjiang cumin and rose pink salt!   CHEESY POTATO ...
